Anyone who has to put a number on construction work: generals, subcontractors, builders, developers, and owners. Whether you're bidding a whole project or just your trade's scope, tell us on the intake form and we price it accordingly.

PDF plan sets, image scans (PNG, JPG, WebP, HEIC, TIFF), CAD files (DWG, DXF), or a zip of the whole bid package. Up to 300 MB per file and 600 MB per submission. Clear, full-size plan sheets give the best takeoff. A sharp PDF beats a phone photo of a printout.

Every line is checked by an estimator against your drawings before it reaches you, and anything ambiguous on the plans comes back as a written clarification rather than a silent guess. It's your bid, so review it before it goes out the door.

Tell your estimator in the project workspace. They'll walk you through how the line was built and fix it if it's wrong. You can also export the estimate as a proposal or CSV.

Typically about half what the same takeoff costs you in-house, depending on the plan set, and the number is negotiable. It's a flat price per plan set, quoted and agreed before any work starts. No subscriptions, no seats, no minimum.
